Please note Royal Mail strikes will occur throughout the year, please be aware of this. This may cause delays with any orders placed during this period. Orders placed during this period will be dispatched once strikes have ended and as soon as possible
1. These are the terms and conditions on which we supply our products to you. Please read them carefully before you submit your order to us.
2. Who we are and how to contact us
We are E Scooter Professional Ltd (company number 11955768) trading as Kaabo UK and our registered office is at
Ground Floor, Arena Court, Crown Lane, Maidenhead, SL6 8QZ. This is our address for all correspondence.

3. Products may vary slightly from their pictures. The images of the products on our website are for illustrative purposes only. Although we have made every effort to display the colours accurately, we cannot guarantee that a device’s display of the colours accurately reflects the colour of the products. Your product may vary slightly from those images
4. When you place an order
When you have placed an order with us, we will email you to confirm that we can supply the goods you have requested, and it is at this point that the contract between is formed. We will provide you with an order number which should be quoted in all correspondence with us.
5. Pre Orders
When Pre Ordering stock, you will need to pay for the item in full. Please click on Pre Order delivery at checkout and we will ship the scooter so that you receive it on the next working day as soon as it arrives in stock.
All of the scooters that are available for pre order should be in stock on the date shown on the product page on the site. This is an approximate date and this may vary slightly which is out of our control. We will however keep you informed.
We will email you as soon as the scooter arrives and we will let you know when we ship the scooter to you. You will receive a Tuffnells tracking number.
If you would like a refund at any point before the scooter is shipped to you, please do get in touch by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be able to refund you.
Please note royal mail strikes will occur on the following dates during 30th November and 1st, 9th and 11th December. This may cause delays with any orders placed during this period. Orders placed during this period will be dispatched once strikes have ended and as soon as possible.
6.1 The price of delivery within the UK is £40 however we sometimes offer free delivery on Selected Scooters.
6.2 Our E Scooters are shipped within the UK via Tuffnells Tracked. To qualify for next working day delivery, orders must be placed before 12pm (Mon-Thurs) UK only. Orders placed after 12pm on Thursday will be sent on Monday, unless we instruct you otherwise.
Please be aware that Next Day Working Delivery is NOT guaranteed to the following destinations: Scottish Highlands, Northern Island, Channel / Offshore Islands. They will be delivered within two business days.
EU and USA delivery times will vary, please see details at checkout.
6.3 All items will be dispatched within 24 hours of purchase, though please note that orders will not be dispatched over the weekend.
6.4 All electric scooter deliveries will need to be signed for.
6.5 If the delivery is not signed for and no one is able to receive your delivery then our courier will put a card through your door allowing you to re-book a delivery with the courier or allow you to pick up the order from the depot.
6.6 The electric scooter will be returned to us if the courier unsuccessfully attempts to deliver the order to you on 3 occasions.
6.7 The E-Scooter Co, reserves the right to charge a further shipping cost if the customer would like the order to be re sent after it has been returned to us following three failed deliveries.
6.8 Items returned to us by the courier will be added back into our stock and your account will be credited with the order total, minus the shipping costs and the fee that the courier charges us to deliver the good back to us. If you want the order re shipped you will have to create a new order.
7.1 We always endeavour to deliver goods within the time specified, but if there is a delay which is outside our control, then we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know and we will take steps to minimise the effect of the delay. If there is a risk of substantial delay you may contact us to end the contract and receive a refund for any products you have paid for but not received.
7.2 If you gave us a deadline for delivery at the time of placing the order, and we have failed to meet this deadline, you may treat the contract as at an end and claim a full refund.
8. When you become responsible for the goods.
The goods will be your responsibility from the time we deliver the products either to the address you gave us at the time you placed your order.
9 Cancellation Rights
9.1 Your Rights if you change your mind
According to the Consumer Contracts (Cancellation, Information and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you are entitled to a cancellation period which ends 14 days after the day of delivery of the goods you have purchased from us. If you have purchased a number of items that arrive on different days, you have until 14 days after the final delivery in which to change your mind and request a refund.
9.2 How to exercise your right to cancel
To end the contract with us, please let us know by doing one of the following:
a) Phone or email. Call customer services on 0203 291 2305 or email us at email@example.com. Please provide your name, home address, details of the order and, where available, your phone number and email address.
b) By post. Write to us at Belmont Place, Belmont Road, Maidenhead, SL6 6TB including details of what you bought, when you ordered or received it and your name and address.
c) Cancellation Form: You may return the cancellation form at the bottom of these terms and conditions.
9.3 Returning products to us.
If you are returning a scooter you must ensure that it is securely packed, ideally in its original box to allow safe transit.
The goods must be sent back to us within 14 days of you telling us you wish to end the contract. The customer must bear the cost of return shipping.
Whilst the goods are in your possession, it is your responsibility to take good care of them.
9.4 How we will refund you.
We will refund you the price you paid for the products including delivery costs, by the method you used for payment.
9.5 Deductions from refunds.
We may reduce your refund to reflect any reduction in the value of the goods, if this has been caused by your handling them beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and function.
8.6 The maximum refund for delivery costs will be the cost of delivery by the least expensive delivery method we offer.
8.7 We will make any refunds due to you within 14 days from the day on which we receive the product back from you or, if earlier, the day on which you provide us with evidence that you have sent the product back to us.
10. Your Rights if we have done something wrong
We aim to deliver goods that are as described, of satisfactory quality, and fit for their purpose. However if something is wrong with an item you have purchased please let us know straightaway using the contact details provided in Clause 8. We will contact you to discuss the issue before sending you a shipping label so that you can send the goods back to us we which will be free of charge. All parts must be returned in the box with your scooter and this includes the charger, manual and anything else that was in the box. We will then refund your money, replace or repair the item, depending on the circumstances and in accordance with your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
11. If you have a complaint
11.1 If you need to complain about any aspect of your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
11.2 If we are unable to resolve your complaint to your satisfaction, you have the right to refer the matter to Alternative Dispute Resolution which is a process where an independent body considers the facts of a dispute and seeks to resolve it without you having to go to court. Disputes may be submitted for online resolution to the European Commission Online Dispute Resolution platform.

Kaabo UK is committed to producing high quality products and we offer a 12/24 month warranty on our products.
We offer a 2 year warranty on the main scooter frame and 1 year on other major components.
You must be the original owner and have your proof of purchase or order number. The warranty protects you against manufacturing defects.
This warranty is in addition to your legal rights provided by the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Please also take note of the weigh restrictions for your scooter and read the manual before using your scooter.
What does my warranty cover?
The warranty will cover manufacturing faults with the scooter. This warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of defective items and said repair and replacements are the sole remedies of the warranty.
The shipping costs to ship the product back to us and from us may not be covered. Please get in touch if you would like to discuss.
What does my warranty not cover?
- General wear and tear or any damage caused by misuse is not covered. The warranty covers you solely against manufacturing faults.
- Accidental or crash damage, abuse, miss-use, attempting tricks, water damage, neglect, exceeding the weight limit, changing settings or anything else that results in damage caused by the user is not covered by the warranty.
- Damage due to improper assembly or maintenance
- Damage due to the installation of incompatible parts or accessories or installation of parts or accessories that were not intended for or compatible with the product
- Failure to perform maintenance or service at appropriate intervals
Any modification to the scooter will void the warranty. The warranty will also be void if you are not the original owner. The warranty is non transferrable.
If you have a warranty claim, you will need to follow the below process:
- Contact our Customer Services team at firstname.lastname@example.org and a member of our team will send you a warranty claim form.
- You will need to fill out the claim form and email over photo's/ videos of the issue along with a proof of purchase.
- The form will need to be retuned to us via email and our representatives will guide you through this process.
- Our specialist technical team will determine the issue and defect based on the information that you have provided within your warranty claim form and they will require you to send back the original defective part/ items.
- Our team will examine the goods and if they confirm that it is defective or faulty (a warranty issue), your product will be fixed or replaced free of charge.
Please note that the range will vary and always depend on the persons weight, wind, average speed, incline and terrain. The max range advertised for our products is based on an average weight rider on a flat surface, no wind and a steady speed.
Warranty terms for customers outside of the UK:
Customers who have their products delivered outside of the UK our warranty policy above still applies, however we would not be able to accept a product to be shipped back to us. We will ship the required parts to you if necessary after viewing photos and videos of the issue. If this does not solve the issue we would look for a local technician on your country.
All of our scooters are adult scooters, and should not be ridden by anyone under the age of 18 years of age. Most of our scooters have a weight limit of 120Kg.
In the UK E-Scooters are not to be used on public roads or pavements. Only on private land with the owner's consent.
